Banana + strawberry smoothie

1 small banana, frozen if possible

1 cup strawberries, frozen if possible

1/2 cup almond milk or coconut water

1 Tbsp chia seeds

4 icecubes

1 serve protein powder (optional – we recommend ‘the naked co’ organic cinnamon)

 

Blitz all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.  Enjoy!
