1. Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
2. Friday: 8:30am – 12p:00pm
3. Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
We’re a 24/7 facility, so members can access the club any time with a swipe tag.
We offer a paid trial for new members who live locally.

All memberships include full 24/7 gym access, and you can choose to include coached classes, recovery services, creche or reformer Pilates.
Absolutely. BodyCare is a welcoming space for all fitness levels. We offer beginner-friendly classes, and our coaches are here to support you.
Our club has five boutique studios under one roof, offering:

• The Engine Rooms 1&2: Coached strength | HIIT training | HYROX
• Well Republic: Reformer Pilates
• Spoke: RPM & SPRINT
• Gym floor: machine & free weights | turfed training space | cardio | stretch space

Yes – we have a fantastic team of qualified performance coaches. Whether you’re after 1:1 training, nutrition coaching, or goal-specific support, we can help tailor a plan for you.
Yes – our on-site crèche operates during select morning hours Monday to Saturday. It’s safe, affordable, and gives parents the chance to train while their little ones are safely looked after.
Members can access our infrared sauna and Hydromassage bed, with options to add these into your membership. We also offer red light therapy (coming soon!) and recovery class options.
Yes – we have plenty of free parking out front. Our facilities also include showers, changerooms and free EVOLT body scans 24/7. Our merch store is open 24/7 for protein powder, pilates socks and activewear from brands such as The Upside and All About Eve.
