BodyCare’s Mums + Bubs class is for mums wanting to get back into fitness, or into fitness for the first time. Our Mums + Bubs classes are FREE for members and non-members, focusing on functional movements and bodyweight exercises, with introductions to some of our group fitness programs.
We get that it’s hard to think about adding another thing to your schedule as a new mum, between the sleepless nights, feeds and in many instances tending to your other children. However here at BodyCare we firmly believe that taking care of your own health is just as essential as taking care of your baby’s!
That is why we offer a Mums and Bubs class where you can bring your baby with you and each class is FREE to the community so everyone can enjoy! Hurry in today and start taking care of your health so you can be the strongest, fittest and happiest mummy for your baby.
You’ll also get our Nutrition Guide to help you fuel your body right.
Creche is available for your baby (and other children) – cost is $3.50 per child. Feel free to enjoy the class while someone looks after your baby for you!
PS we promise you won’t hassle you to join
Do I need a Dr’s clearance to attend? You need you to be cleared for exercise by your doctor. This usually happens around your six week checkup. If you have any movements you’re not ready to do yet, our qualified coaches can easily work around them.
Are your instructors and coaches qualified? Absolutely. All have pre and post natal qualifications, specialist qualifications in how they will train you, and many are mums themselves.
How old can my baby be? From 6 weeks old for both the creche and to be in the class with you. Once your baby is crawling, for their own safety we require they attend creche whilst you’re in class.
I need to get fit before I start! No you don’t. Our mums are all at different levels of fitness and everyone is on their own journey.
Do I need to come twice a week, every week? Of course not. We get that life is busy now! But you will get fitter, stronger and those lovely endorphins by turning up more often.
